If you are painting your home, adding major landscaping additions/changes, fencing, solar panels, roofing, adding a pool, shed, screen room, any additions, or any other changes that will affect the outside appearance of your property.   Please submit an architectural application Please allow a return response within 30 days. Applications  are located on the Highland Community Management (HCM) portal in the documents folder
